Delegates are invited to submit a single page abstract of their proposed poster presentation relating to the theme of the Conference.
Abstracts should be submitted either as a word or pdf document, following the instructions outlined below:

Please ensure you follow these guidelines:
- Title of presentation to be typed in Arial 16 pt Bold
- Author(s) name(s) in Times New Roman 12 pt
- Underline the name of the author who will present the work
- Affiliation(s) in Times New Roman 12 pt Italics
- Body text in Arial 11 pt
- References in Arial 10 pt.
Authors of accepted papers and posters will be invited to prepare full manuscripts to be reviewed and considered for publication in a special issue of Food Hydrocolloids.
